Definitely not Godzilla dealing with kaiju peer pressure and reflecting on that.
This comic was produced in 3 colored layers, each drawn “blind” (I.e. without referencing the other drawings) and only combined at the printing stage. I think it helps that it was drawn to scale, kept things from getting out of hand.
